I had one already and my mom was visiting and used it. She was thrilled with how easy it was to use as her hands don’t grip as well anymore. The nice part is that it doesn’t chop to oblivion and you have control of the chopped sizes. Some automatic choppers turn things into soup but this didn’t. It is also easy to clean. I got this for her for Christmas and she loves it.

I love cooking but my family hated it when a cut onions and garlic. This cuts both in seconds so there’s no time to smell it or get teary eyed. Have also used for celery, carrots, potatoes (which it did not turn into mush), zucchini and so on. Have not tried nuts in it but have no doubt it would do it. So useful that I bought another larger one just to have 2. All parts clean up very easily and have survived the dishwasher. Blade is very sharp and stays sharp.
